How does the free trial work?: Every account starts with 14 days free, long enough to finish a book. On the web and Mac you add a card up front and nothing is charged until day 15. On iPhone the trial is an App Store introductory offer, managed by Apple.
What does it cost after the trial?: $15 a month, or $144 a year, which works out at $12 a month. UK and EU customers pay £12 or €15 a month (£115 or €144 a year), shown with tax included.
Can I cancel or get a refund?: Cancel any time from your account on the web, or from the App Store subscription sheet on iPhone. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. Refund requests go to the store you bought through: Apple for App Store purchases, or Stripe through support for web and Mac purchases.
Is there a team plan?: Not yet. Muesli is a single-user product at launch; shared collections come later.
